Apartment Maintenance Technician – Fenton, MI
Pay: Up to $23/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our onsite maintenance team for a 480-unit apartment community in Fenton, MI. This is a full-time role requiring strong maintenance skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
Ability to handle work orders , make readies , and groundskeeping
Strong knowledge of general repairs, preventative maintenance, and basic mechanical skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Team player with strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner
Prepare apartments for new residents (make readies)
Perform groundskeeping and community upkeep
Assist with preventative maintenance projects
Work closely with the onsite maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction
