Kims Import | Independent Auto Repair & Dealership

Kims Import is a locally owned, independent auto shop that’s been serving Issaquah since 2009, specializing in asian vehicles. We are a small team that takes pride in offering quality service and honest care. As our shop continues to grow, we are looking to add an experienced, full-time, long-term automotive mechanic. If you take pride in quality work, accurate diagnostics, and want a stable shop with strong support, we want to hear from you!

Job Details

• Position: Full-Time Automotive Mechanic
• Pay: $30–$40/hour, DOE
• Location: Kims Import - Issaquah, WA
• Schedule: Full-time, Flexible scheduling depending on workload and request
• [Reference] Kim’s Import hours of operation: Mon-Fri (8-6pm), Sat (8-2pm), Sun (Closed)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair import and domestic vehicles
• Perform inspections and recommend necessary repairs
• Communicate clearly with service writers and team members
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and factory-level procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2.5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• ASE certification preferred (sponsorship available)
