YOUR ROLE

As a Workshop Technician / Sport Advisor your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores ‘satisfied or satisfied’. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a unique online and offline retail experience. You will enjoy sharing your passion in sports with our customers. Your role is to always deliver a 5-star experience for our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• I have a passion to repair and I deeply care about extending the life of any product in my store.

• I am process driven and highly organized to provide a warm clean and welcoming environment in my workshop

• I provide professional, technical and friendly services that make customers want to come back

• I assure the safety of my teammates and customers at my workplace

Requirements

Bicycle Mechanic Skills:

• No prior skills are needed for the role . Training will be provided for 6 months as a starter. Willingness to learn and a passion for problem solving through reparation is required

These skills are welcomed but not necessary:

• The ability to make technical assessments of a bicycle for service.

• The ability to make clear and concise notes of the works to be done & to update the database.

• The ability to execute the necessary repairs on the bicycle.

• The ability to be solution oriented in a fast paced environment.

• The ability to track time and parts used per repair process.

• Bicycle tools organizational & management skills.
