Job Description

We’re looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team in Ontario, CA . This role is an onsite position supporting our local branch and clients with high-volume staffing needs across various industries.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish , comfortable meeting new people frequently, and skilled at identifying top talent through interviews and assessments. You'll work alongside a team of recruitment and HR professionals to build pipelines, fill roles quickly, and support our clients with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Source candidate through social, online recruitment portals, and networking
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for open and future positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications

• Prior staffing experience, preferred
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Problem solver mentality
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
