Your New Role

As our Bookkeeper (A/P & A/R Specialist) , you'll be the financial backbone of the office, keeping vendors paid, customer accounts balanced, and records spotless.

Located in Auburn, WA , your core responsibilities will include:

• Reconciling vendor statements and processing invoices

• Managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections

• Overseeing billing, job costing, and invoice generation

• Maintaining QuickBooks Online records

• Handling recurring expenses and fuel card reconciliations

• Syncing financial data with ServiceTitan

• Preparing financial reports and supporting tax prep

• Upholding confidentiality and financial integrity across all tasks

• 2+ years of experience in A/P and A/R

• Proficient with QuickBooks Online

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred

• Experience in HVAC, construction, or service-based industries

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software

• Associate’s degree in accounting, business, or related field
