Our mission is to help clients enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and revolutionize their product offerings through seamless integration, optimization, and activation of technology and data.

We’re seeking a highly skilled BI Analyst with expertise in Sigma Computing who will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. You'll take ownership of the data lifecycle—from building robust data pipelines and models to delivering compelling visualizations and dashboards using Sigma—with a strong focus on delivering insights for projects across various industries, tailored to their unique operational and business needs.

About the Role

  • Collaborate in designing and maintaining scalable data models and architecture to support analytics needs.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the reports.
  • Develop and manage ETL workflows using tools like Databricks or Alteryx to ensure timely and reliable data delivery.
  • Work with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS (especially Redshift), Snowflake, Azure, or Google Cloud to manage and optimize data infrastructure.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights, with a focus on KPIs related to finance, operations, business performance, among others.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience building and optimizing dashboards and reports in Sigma.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to write complex, high-performance queries.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ETL pipelines using tools like Databricks and/or Alteryx.
  • Experience working with cloud data ecosystems, especially AWS services like Redshift, S3, and Glue.
  • Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python) to support automation of data workflows is a plus.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Redshift, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation/ IT Consulting companies is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and a Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA).
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage, fully paid by the employer.
  • Life and AD&D insurance with optional additional coverage.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and professional support.
  • Opportunities for advancement and career growth.
  • Team-building events and company-sponsored activities.

  • Employment type: full-time employment with Concord.
  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

  • Office location: Parkville, MO.
  • Interview process: (1) introductory call, (2) take-home assessment, and (3) panel interview with the hiring team.
