What You’ll Do:

• Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and live-tool lathes using Mastercam
• Create, revise, and optimize CNC programs to support efficient, high-quality production
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and accuracy
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T to produce precision components to tight tolerances
• Support process improvements, tooling selection, and setup standardization
• Participate in first article inspections (FAI) and support AS9102 compliance
• Troubleshoot programming or machining issues to minimize downtime and improve cycle times

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming for aerospace and/or defense manufacturing
• Proficiency in Mastercam, G-code, and Fanuc controls
• Solid experience programming multi-axis mills and lathes
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, and tight-tolerance machining
• Understanding of inspection processes and FAI/AS9102 requirements
• Ability to work closely with shop floor teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
