As a Corporate Events Planner, you will lead the design and execution of internally driven events, including leadership retreats, executive offsites and board meetings.
Your role involves collaborating closely with business partners and vendors to meticulously develop, plan, budget meetings and events, where operational excellence and business goal outcomes are achieved. Working conditions:
Southern California Base Salary Range: $79,438-$127,101
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
