Your Role as a Crew Team Member
As a vital part of our restaurant team, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the experience - Engage with guests to ensure they're having a great visit
- Serving with a smile - Assist customers with ordering and provide menu suggestions
- Preparing quality food - Cook and present delicious McDonald's menu items
- Maintaining our standards - Help keep the restaurant clean, welcoming, and well-organized
- Being a team player - Collaborate with your teammates to meet goals and create a positive work environment
