We're currently hiring a Cutting Machine Operator in Miamisburg, OH, for a position offering growth potential and a supportive team dedicated to your success!

Available Shifts & Pay

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Train on 1st shift for 1-3 weeks) - $17.75/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM - $18.50/hr

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate cutting machines according to work orders, ensuring efficiency, precision, and optimal material use.
• Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and make necessary adjustments or blade changes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by following company safety policies and promptly reporting any issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Accurately record production data, maintenance logs, and service activities using PCs or tablets.
• Support continuous improvement by training team members, suggesting process enhancements, and collaborating across departments.
• Manage shifting priorities effectively with strong organization, communication, and a focus on achieving performance goals.

Qualifications: 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
