Provide advisory and assistance services to the AFOTEC Det 6 Cyber Test Branch and the UOTT Cybersecurity Test Team. Provide full-time cybersecurity analyst support with extensive experience in operational cybersecurity test planning and reporting, to include data collection and analysis, and delivery of report-quality technical products. Expertise in respective platform mission systems and operational concepts is highly desired in order to ensure focused analysis and product generation. Primarily focusing on providing test planning, execution and report regarding the cybersecurity status of the F-35 Air System. Essential Job Functions: Activity will include developing and submitting test plans and reports, coordinating with external agencies, providing journeyman support on the operational impacts of cyber vulnerabilities discovered by test teams, responding to inquiries with internal and external organizations/agencies, and tracking test capability completion. Will also assist with writing accreditation plans, accreditation reports, and help guide Mission Based Cyber Risk Assessment (MBCRA) through execution. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 18 years years relevant experience or Master's plus 10 years relevant experience Active DoD Top Secret (TS) and be Special Compartmented Information (SCI) security eligible and Special Access Program (SAP) eligible. The TS security clearance must have been completed within the past 5 years. Minimum of three years of experience conducting cybersecurity test or assessment, consisting of MBCRA, Cybersecurity Table Top analysis, Cyber Vulnerability Identification (CVI), Cooperative Vulnerability and Penetration Assessment (CVPA), or Adversarial Assessment (AA) or 5 years' experience in Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services, which are High Value Asset Assessment, Risk and Vulnerability Assessment, Cyber Threat Hunt, Incident Response and Penetration Testing, in a DoD or government acquisition system. DoD 8750 Baseline Level 2 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Certification is required. Knowledge and previous experience with cybersecurity; information assurance; full spectrum cyberspace operations; air operations centers; expeditionary communications; data links management, spectrum management, knowledge-based operations; telecommunications; space, command and control. The candidate shall have a working knowledge of Air Force Instructions, AFMAN 91-201, DoDI 6055.9 and other applicable instructions and standards. The candidate shall also have experience developing test plans, reports and other formal technical documents. Desired Skills: Other preferred qualifications are developmental or operational test and evaluation experience, Service or NSA Blue/Red Team; experience with military aircraft systems, network warfare, network system operations, cyber operations and information operations planning is highly desired. Acquired advanced cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, OSCP, CEH) are highly desired.
