Deep Cleaner
Schedule: Monday – Sunday 6pm – 2:30am

Pay rate: $15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, and common areas.
• Follow sanitation SOPs, HACCP guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to meet USDA requirements.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in a safe and efficient manner.
• Clean pots, pans, restrooms, refuse containers, and maintain dry, safe floors.
• Operate cleaning equipment (powered and non-powered) and manage sanitation chemicals safely.
• Support equipment placement and maintain overall cleanliness of the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in deep cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles (3+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or sanitation procedures is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle heavy workloads.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
