Salary Range: 75K - 95K DOE.

We are a well-established, full-service dental laboratory that has been serving the Greater Sacramento area for over 30 years. With a dedicated team of 50 skilled professionals, we specialize in fixed prosthetics, removables, digital workflows, and orthodontics.

As we continue to expand and acquire additional labs over the next 3-5 years, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team focused on growth and operational excellence.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ceramist for a Quality Control (QC) position. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, precision, and craftsmanship, ensuring that all restorations meet our high-quality standards before reaching our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on ceramic restorations, ensuring excellence in aesthetics and function.
• Evaluate anterior, posterior, and full-mouth reconstructions for accuracy and fit.
• Assess implant restorations and ensure precision in occlusion and contour.
• Perform custom shading to achieve seamless matches.
• Collaborate with technicians and department leads to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Identify and provide feedback on any necessary adjustments or improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Expertise in anterior, posterior, and full-mouth reconstruction.
• Strong experience with implant restorations.
• Proficiency in custom shading and color matching.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
