Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist
Reports to: Director of IT
Employment Status: Full Time, Exempt
Position Summary:
The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves responding to user inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop environments across the organization.
The specialist works closely with the Director of IT, Operations and end-users to maintain system functionality, install and configure hardware and software, and troubleshoot problems in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple support requests efficiently.
