We are currently seeking a Developer or Technical Lead (Niche or Regular), Cloud Consultants, QA Tester, QA Lead, Data Migratio to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

LWC Development & Salesforce Expertise
•  Design and implement advanced LWC applications that integrate with Salesforce back-end logic and third-party systems.
•  Create dynamic and highly interactive user interfaces using LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies.
•  Optimize LWC components for performance, including lazy loading, caching, and efficient DOM manipulation.
•  Develop solutions leveraging Salesforce APIs, Apex, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns.
•  Lead the development of complex front-end components and workflows to enhance the Salesforce user experience.
•  Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability for all Salesforce applications.

Salesforce Data Cloud (Foundational Knowledge)
•  Understand Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) concepts, including data ingestion, unification, and segmentation.
•  Support the configuration of Data Cloud data models and integration with Salesforce apps, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
•  Collaborate with the data team to ensure effective data management and activation across Salesforce ecosystems.
•  Assist in the setup and maintenance of Data Cloud environments to support business-driven use cases.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Salesforce & LWC Expertise
•  5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including advanced LWC, Apex, and Aura components.
•  Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS for front-end development.
•  In-depth knowledge of event-driven architecture, Apex classes, and Visualforce.
•  Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
•  Ability to implement complex UI/UX designs with dynamic components and seamless user interactions.

Salesforce Data Cloud (Foundational Knowledge)
•  Basic understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) concepts and its role in customer data unification and segmentation.
•  Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integrations (e.g., with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud).
•  Comfortable working with data models, data transformation, and identity resolution processes.

Certifications (Preferred & Highly Valued)
•  Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (nice-to-have)
•  Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
•  Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
•  Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (nice-to-have)

Soft Skills & Additional Requirements
•  Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
•  Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•  Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
•  Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model (Objects, Relationships, SOQL/SOSL)

• Proficient in Integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services)

• Strong grasp of Governor Limits and how to write efficient, scalable code

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes) and when to use them over code

• Can evaluate trade-offs between config vs code

• Comfortable working in Agile environments, using tools like JIRA, Asana, etc.

• Strong understanding of unit testing, test coverage, and writing tests that mimic real business scenarios

• Implements and follows code review and branching strategies

• Can communicate technical solutions to both devs and non-dev stakeholders

• Aware of Salesforce product suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.)

• Keeps up with Salesforce releases and best practices

• Holds certifications like Platform Developer I & II, possibly Application/System Architect
