RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dispatch operators, drivers, and riggers daily to perform jobs.

• Acquire routes and permits for oversized, overweight vehicles.

• Receive inbound phone calls from customers for sizing, scheduling, and booking of cranes.

• Gather and process employee timecards daily and submit them weekly to the branch manager and payroll office.

• Assist office manager, sales personnel, and other office staff in day-to-day operations.

• The Dispatcher is an integral part of the team and will be required to participate in some management meetings and daily white-board meetings.

• Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system.

• Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Communication Skills

• Mathematical Skills

• Reasoning Ability

• Must pass a drug test and background check

Education :

HS diploma or equivalent

Administrative Skills :

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Must be organized, able to multi-task and team-oriented

• Have attention to detail and be self-motivated

• Able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
