The Stretch is now hiring Door Staff. The Door is the first point of contact our guests encounter when entering our establishment. We expect exceptional, friendly service, along with a strong work ethic. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

The Stretch, located in the heart of The Banks, offers ambitious cocktails, an exceptional staff, and a distinct, contemporary ambiance highlighted by its iconic “Cincy Love” neon sign. The Stretch’s focal piece is a sophisticated, state-of-the-art draft system that serves 12 beers on draft, 8 draft cocktails, and 4 wines on tap. The bar also features a dynamic outdoor patio area with garage doors that open to the interior bars, as well as heaters and misters that cater to local sports fans through the changing seasons.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment
• Maintain lines and crowd control
• Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if needed
• Clean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios and restrooms
• Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
