Our Elevator and Fertilizer Operators are critical to our daily grain and fertilizer operations/delivery. Two Rivers Co-op offers employment opportunities that include a *comprehensive benefits package* and *paid time off*. Pay is commensurate with experience.
*Job Duties:*
* Evaluate grain condition regularly, maintain grain condition, and perform daily operational duties - reporting issues to management
* Operate seed cleaning and treatment equipment
* Operate fertilizer blender and assist in reporting fertilizer inventory levels
* Load and unload commodities and fertilizer
* Perform general maintenance on location equipment and facilities as needed
* Assist customers requests, questions, and respond to needs with prompt and excellent service
* Follow all safety guidelines and regulations
* Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
*Job Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or (GED) or related experience and/or training that would allow successful completion of the job
* A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
* CDL with Hazmat endorsement is preferred or must be willing to pursue and maintain upon hire
* Prompt and regular attendance
* Ability to pay attention to details, monitor work for accuracy, and manage multiple priorities
* Ability to climb stairs, stoop, bend, reach and kneel when performing routine job duties, this position will routinely lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
The position is scheduled M-F and Saturday mornings. However, the workload is based on the customer’s needs and will fluctuate during peak seasons requiring additional hours.
