This is a hands-on, full-time role based out of Mansfield, MA, ideal for someone eager to grow in the construction industry. From site cleanup and material delivery to assisting carpenters and handling prep work, your contributions will help keep projects moving efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities - Support carpenters and tradespeople by assisting with jobsite tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites
- Perform general labor including digging, demolition, sweeping, lifting, and setup work
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while on-site
- Load, unload, and transport building materials
- Drive a company vehicle to pick up and deliver materials between job sites
Qualifications - No prior experience required - a strong work ethic is essential
- Must reside within 15 miles of Mansfield, MA
- Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Able to perform physically demanding work including lifting, standing, bending, and climbing
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- High School diploma or GED preferred
