Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Event Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale corporate events that engage customer communities and internal teams while showcasing your creative and organizational expertise. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage logistics for large-scale corporate events, from concept through execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Create event materials, signage, slide decks, and communications using the company's branding assets.
  • Support on-site logistics, walkthroughs, and day-of execution for major events and internal engagements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale corporate event management , overseeing complex logistics end-to-end.
  • 5+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for documentation and tracking.
  • 5+ years of experience in professional communications and content creation , including event messaging and promotional materials.
  • Strong creative eye with ability to design event signage, invitations, and collateral aligned with brand standards.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects independently.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and managing on-site logistics for corporate-level events.
  • Portfolio or work samples showcasing event deliverables and communications preferred.
