Job Title: HR Project Intern

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Project Intern to support two key HR initiatives: the implementation and optimization of a new time and attendance tracking system and the development of an in-house security team and support in recruitment efforts. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in HR project management, cross-functional coordination, and internal process improvements.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to project owners for both the Timeclock Plus (TCP) and security team initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones; track progress against goals and flag delays or risks proactively.
• Liaise with internal Points of Contact (PICs) to follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation, meeting notes, action item trackers, and reports.
• Assist in preparing training materials, SOPs, and communication plans for project rollouts.
• Participate in project meetings, offering input and documenting key decisions and next steps.
• Conduct basic research or data collection as needed to support project analysis or decision-making.

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
