Job Description

We are seeking a recent law graduate or junior associate to join our team. We are looking for a bright, energetic, and detail-oriented candidate with either prior family law experience or have a passion for family law. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and professional growth. We will work closely with you as you develop your skills. (0-2 years newly barred attorneys encouraged to apply)

*What you Can Expect from the Role*

* Collaborating with and assisting one of our experienced attorneys with cases as well as gain experience and guidance
* Communicating with clients, courts, and attorneys to advance the case
* Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, agreements, and other legal documents
* Assist in representing client matters including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modifications, and contempt actions
* With experience, opportunities to appear in Probate and Family Courts for hearings and conferences
* Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment while working independently on assigned matters.

*What We Are Looking for from Candidates*

* Juris Doctor and admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or pending admissions)
* 0-2 years’ experience (newly barred attorneys encouraged to apply)
* Desire to learn, take initiative, and grow under mentorship from senior attorneys
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
* Highly organized, detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
