Job Summary:

Eccalon is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our innovative IT team. As a frontend developer, you will be responsible for developing, and maintaining our web portal and mobile applications. You will work closely with backend developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient frontend solutions using React.js, Vue.js, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners to deliver user experiences that are engaging, and intuitive.
• Understand architecture and build prototypes for new products that align with user needs and business goals.
• Ability to take a prototype and turn it into a production ready application.
• Working with clients to build progressive web applications that are responsive.
• Should be able to understand requirements and the business side of application implementation.
• Produce, maintain, and modify user interfaces that ensure websites are accessible across many platforms, including many browsers and smartphones.
• Experience in translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Indepth knowledge of JavaScript, including DOM manipulations and JavaScript object models.
• Strong proficiency in building responsive interfaces for web applications.
• Strong proficiency in micro frontends.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating them

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7+ years of modern JavaScript frontend framework experience: React.js, Vue.js, and Angular.js
• 7+ years of hands-on web development experience in building, designing, and maintaining web apps.
• Familiarity with frontend development tools such as Babel, Webpack, Vite, and Ng.
• Basic core understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Redux, RTK, and jQuery.
• Experience in optimizing components for maximum performance.
• Must be technically savvy and have a proven ability to handle multiple tasks in highly dynamic environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
