Startdatum: zsm Duur: 6 maanden met optie tot verlenging Aantal uur per week: 32-40 Locatie: Noord-Holland / Hybride Doel van de opdracht: Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van Microsoft Dynamics 365 binnen de organisatie. Je vertaalt gebruikersbehoeften naar functionele oplossingen, ondersteunt eindgebruikers, en werkt samen met interne en externe partijen om verbeteringen door te voeren en nieuwe functionaliteiten te implementeren. Kernverantwoordelijkheden: Beheren, optimaliseren en configureren van Microsoft Dynamics 365. Eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikersvragen, incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken. Analyseren van gebruikerswensen en vertalen naar functionele ontwerpen of change requests. Opstellen en onderhouden van gebruikersdocumentatie, handleidingen en instructies. Coördineren van updates, patches en releases in samenwerking met technische beheerders en leveranciers. Testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en begeleiden van gebruikersacceptatietesten (UAT). Verzorgen van gebruikersinstructies en trainingen. Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en bijdragen aan projecten rond digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie. Functie-eisen: Opleiding en ervaring: HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting IT, Bedrijfskunde of Informatica. Ervaring met Functioneel Beheer van Dynamics 365 Kennis van BISL en ITIL is een pré. Vaardigheden en competenties: Analytisch sterk en in staat om snel processen te doorgronden. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Klantgerichte en proactieve instelling.
