Salary Range: $90,000-$94,000

The Hospitality Web Experience Designer will assist with developing and implementing eCommerce strategies, website management, digital marketing campaigns, content management, customer experience, analytics and reporting, and collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

1. Develop and Implement eCommerce Strategies : Design and execute comprehensive strategies to increase online visibility, reservations, and revenue. Analyze market and destination trends, competitor websites, and online activities to identify opportunities for improvement and updates.
2. Website Management : Oversee maintenance and optimization of the companys websites, ensuring ease of use and high conversion rates across brand and vanity sites. Collaborate with web developers and designers to introduce new features and enhancements.
3. Digital Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute campaigns including SEO, SEM, paid search, and display advertising. Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
4. Content Management : Partner with the Marketing Manager to ensure online content is accurate, current, and engaging. Manage content updates via Hilton and Marriott systems, including imagery and videos. Review and update hotel and outlet listings.
5. Customer Experience : Optimize the online customer journey from initial visit to post-booking engagement. Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
6. Analytics and Reporting : Use web analytics tools to monitor KPIs and track eCommerce performance. Provide regular reports to senior management and hotel teams.
7. Collaboration : Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align eCommerce initiatives with business goals. Build relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.

WHAT WE NEED :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in hospitality. Proven success in driving online sales and digital presence.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing techniques.
• Experience with web analytics tools, especially Google Suite.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
