Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Fishers, IN, for an Immigration Attorney.
The Immigration Attorney will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks, including providing legal advice and representation on immigration-related matters, preparing and filing visa applications, and managing other immigration law issues.
The role also involves researching and interpreting intricate immigration laws, representing clients before government agencies, and keeping clients informed of their legal rights and options.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of Immigration Law and related issues
Experience with Visas and other immigration procedures
Proficiency in managing various legal issues
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work effectively with diverse clients
Bar admission in the state of Indiana
Prior experience in immigration law practice is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; J.D. degree required
