Overview Join to apply for the Insurance Coordinator role at Atlas TopHAT Logistical Solutions, a division of Atlas Logistics, spans coverage across the United States and Canada. Responsibilities Review and approve insurance coverages by verifying Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with TopHAT insurance requirements while working with TopHAT staff, common carriers, and insurance agents. Address deficiencies and escalate issues as needed. Monitor and manage policy renewals by tracking expiring policies, notifying relevant parties, and ensuring updated COIs are received and compliant. Monitor specialty insurance program policies/reporting for accuracy. Maintain records by organizing and updating insurance-related documentation in SharePoint, 3rd party monitoring systems and email folders while ensuring all records are accurate and accessible. Process and organize insurance mail by opening, scanning, and prioritizing insurance-related mail while ensuring critical documents are reviewed and stored appropriately. Employment Type & Hours Full-time position that will consist of 40 hours per week. What You'll Need High School Diploma/GED 2-4 years of work-related experience, and/or equivalent combination of both education and experience are required.
