JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Layout, assemble, install and maintain piping systems and pipe supports used to convey products such as air, petroleum, water, steam, other liquids and gases. Layout and Install equipment and additional duties as the job necessitates.
Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions): Combo welders must be able to read blueprints and have a minimum of two years TIG and Stick welding experience. Must be able to perform X-Ray welds on carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe.
Salary : $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Qualifications :
Two (2) years of verifiable TIG and Stick Welding experience. Other qualifications include:
Must be able to consistently weld to B31.3 standards and pass X-Ray welds
Able to read blueprints
Able to work both independently and within a team environment
Must be able to work overtime when needed
Must have mechanical experience
Must have industrial experience
Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds and walk a project site
Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach
Other duties as assigned Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions on jobsites
EDUCATION
High School diploma
Strong experience in mechanical construction
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
OSHA 10 (within 5 years)
