Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst (Temp) to support the Sales and Marketing team with data management, reporting, and analytical tasks. The role involves a combination of data processing, analysis, and administrative support to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and seamless coordination with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Perform data collection, cleaning, and validation to ensure data integrity across multiple systems. Manage and maintain reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Google Sheets . Support the Sales and Marketing teams with data-driven insights, ad hoc reporting, and process documentation. Collaborate with global teams, including counterparts in Singapore, to align on reporting schedules and deliverables. Required Skills Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, reporting). Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately. Preferred Skills Experience with VB Macros , scripting, or basic automation is a plus. Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations environments preferred. This role is open to candidates that are local to either Richmond, VA or Rutherford, NJ.
