Kiehl's Keyholder (PT) – World Trade Center Join the Kiehl’s family as a part‑time keyholder at the World Trade Center location in New York City. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. What You Will Do Deliver a best‑in‑class experience to customers. Uphold standards of customer service excellence. Lead in productivity and consistency. Assist the Store Manager in reaching store and individual sales goals. Enforce company policies and procedures. Perform open and close procedures for the store. Train new store employees. Execute visual directives, education‑selling tools and customer‑service standards. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred. Prior keyholder experience preferred. Customer service experience. Strong communication and analytical skills. Basic computer skills. Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month. High School Diploma or GED required. Must be 18 years or older. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin. Physical Environment Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or a ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
