Able to use ratchets and sockets, wrenches, screw drivers, power drills/screw guns) Work off of visual aids and written instructions. Must have good Large Piece Assembly skills. Should be able to use a tape measure. Auto Mechanic/Large Piece Assembly Skills are desired and are applicable. Candidates who have good attitude and mechanical aptitude (Vocational School training in Autobody or Auto Mechanics would be ideal).
