Who This Is For:
This is for experienced recruiters who know what it takes to close deals and want more freedom and reward for their effort.
You'll need:
Strong agency recruiting experience , preferably in direct hire
A hunter’s mindset and comfort calling passive candidates
At least 20 hours a week —any less and you’ll struggle to build momentum
A good computer, strong internet , and ideally dual monitors
Experience in legal recruiting is ideal, but legal experience as a paralegal, attorney, or legal assistant is also very helpful
This is not for high-volume recruiters or those with only HR backgrounds—we don’t onboard candidates, we place them
