📍 Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219
🕒 Schedule: Days, Monday–Friday | Typically 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (varies by clinic start time)
🚗 Travel: Required to float to multiple ENT clinic locations (Montgomery, Auburn, Liberty, Liberty Township, Anderson, Ft. Wright, KY, etc.)
📅 Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Local Candidates (within 50 miles): Up to $1,440 weekly gross
Travel Candidates (50+ miles): Up to $1,681 weekly gross
Support patient flow during clinic hours by taking vitals, reviewing systems, updating patient history, and recording accurate information in the EMR
Assist RNs in assessing patient care needs based on collected data
Prepare EMR charts by scanning and reviewing necessary diagnostic tests and hospital reports
Process medication refills and prior authorizations, and communicate with patients, pharmacies, and insurers
Conduct basic triage according to office protocols; manage calls, MyChart messages, scheduling, and pre-certifications
Operate clinical equipment such as EKGs and cardiac monitors; perform diagnostic procedures, phlebotomy, and administer injections (including controlled substances)
Maintain safe and compliant clinical environments; ensure exam rooms are cleaned, stocked, and infection-control compliant
Order and manage inventory of clinical supplies
Experience: 1–3 years of LPN experience in a clinical setting
Licensure: Active LPN license in both Ohio and Kentucky
Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association)
Demonstrated skills in culturally competent care, confidentiality, and clinical communication
Adaptable to changing environments and capable of working across diverse clinic locations
