Remote Live Chat Support – Laboratory Express
Pay: $35/hour
Location: Remote
About the Role:
Laboratory Express is seeking a skilled Remote Live Chat Support agent to assist customers via live chat platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who are excellent at written communication, quick problem-solving, and delivering top-notch customer experiences from home.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in real-time.
Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot problems.
Record and track customer interactions for reporting purposes.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
Collaborate with team members using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.

Requirements:

Experience in live chat support or customer service.
Excellent written communication and typing skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using remote communication and CRM tools.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
