About Us:
Innovation Mortgage is not your typical mortgage broker. We're a fast-paced, innovative team based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and we’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join us! Our 12,000-square-foot office is designed to make work fun—with an inviting atmosphere, team social events, patio, fully stocked kitchen, and a ping pong table.
Position Overview:
If you’re looking for a rewarding career where you can learn, grow, and develop professionally, this is it! As a Loan Officer Assistant at Innovation Mortgage, you’ll get to shadow licensed loan officers, learn the mortgage industry from the ground up, and take your career to the next level. We’ll provide all the hands-on training and support you need, plus we’ll help you get licensed to become a loan officer.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Shadowing pros: Learn from licensed loan officers and leaders to see how the team operates daily.
  • Calling leads: Call exclusive lead sources to obtain business.
  • Learning the ropes: We’ll teach you everything from the basics to the finer points of the mortgage process. No experience? No problem! All you need is the 3 C’s – Coachable, Competitive and Conversational.
  • Part of Family Culture: Work hard, play hard! Between your training and calls, take a break in our hangout areas, grab a snack from our kitchen, or challenge a coworker to a game of ping pong.

  • Mortgage licensing: Our leadership team will help you prepare to get licensed and cover the fee.
