Due to growth, we’re looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our team—someone who enjoys working with their hands, troubleshooting, and seeing the direct impact of their work. What You’ll Be Doing

• Install, terminate, and dress low-voltage cabling (video, voice, audio, data) at client job sites
• Troubleshoot and maintain cameras, monitors, and other hardware
• Perform preventative maintenance and service upgrades on systems
• Assist in building out and configuring infrastructure rack equipment rooms
• Travel across Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin & Eastern Indiana to complete projects
• Maintain and update records related to inspections and testing
• Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

What You Need to Bring to the Table

• Strong  communication skills —you’ll be working with clients and teammates daily
• A  problem-solving mindset —we need someone who can think on their feet
• Ability to work  independently and meet job standards
• Willingness to  travel locally (company vehicle provided after onboarding)
• Flexibility for  full-time work, including occasional overtime

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and  reliable transportation
• Ability to  lift up to 50 lbs. , squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working on  ladders, scissor lifts, and in various weather conditions
• Willing to  work in high-noise environments typical of construction sites
