Our Client is seeking a motivated professional to work with adults with intellectual disabilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Washington, DC area.

Full schedule, both morning & afternoon shifts required. Hybrid - 4 days in person, 1 day remote

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Routine treatments and services in the delivery of care to consumers in the residential homes
* Monitor nursing assessment completion and implementation
* Ensure houses are adequately prepared with first aid kits and treatment supplies
* Consult with assistants, health care providers, pharmacists, and core people family members to address basic medical and medication questions

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Current LPN licensed in DC
* Possess effective organizational and professional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written forms.
* CPRand First Aid,in person training
* Health certificate/PPD
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Successful completion of DDS (Phase 1) competency based testing
