We are seeking a motivated, creative, and highly organized Marketing Associate to join our growing team at THEHAUSS.

This role supports day-to-day marketing operations, social media management, content creation, analytics reporting, and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Content Manager, and Product Team to grow our visibility across digital platforms and promote our design services and product collections.

Whether it's strategizing the next Instagram reel, prepping an email campaign, or managing influencer outreach, this role offers the chance to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of digital campaigns across social, email, and web

Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

Track performance metrics and create reports with insights and suggestions

Assist with website updates, SEO, and blog content coordination

Help coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaborations

Support product and service launches with creative asset organization

Attend weekly meetings to contribute ideas and report on progress

Stay updated on design and marketing trends to keep the brand current

Compensation

Salary Range: $42,000–$52,000 depending on experience

Bonus opportunities based on campaign results and performance

Licensing & Requirements

No formal license required

Must sign Independent Contractor Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or designated country (for global contractor roles)

Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer required

Must be able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications

Workspace

Hybrid: Work remotely with in-person meetings and studio sessions as needed in Raleigh, NC.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content coordination

Experience with social platforms, Google Workspace, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok editing, and basic video tools

Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and SEO is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
