Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights: - Position: Medical Assistant
- Location: Multiple locations across the Western suburbs (Naperville and Elmhurst)
- Full Time only
- Hours: Monday-Friday and potential rotating Saturdays, hours vary depending on the need of the practice.
- Required Travel: Travel is required for float positions.
General Summary: Reporting to the assigned Practice Manager, with accountability to the Clinical Supervisor, serves as primary assistant to the medical provider by performing routine clinical tasks and direct patient care under the supervision of the Physician (MD) and Registered Nursing (RN). Based on physician orders, facilitates patient throughput, clinical testing, and follow up activities.
What you will need: - High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Successful Completion of a Medical Assisting program accredited by AAMA or ARMA strongly preferred
- Must be eligible and willing to obtain Medical Assistant Certification
