Nivati is the easiest way to understand and reduce employee stress. Our mental health platform gives employees access to therapy, coaching, content, and workshops-delivered in a way that's easy to access, easy to promote, and easy to measure. We're launching a high-visibility pilot with a national insurance payer designed to prove Nivati's impact on clinical and claims-based outcomes. If successful, this pilot unlocks access to over 3 million lives and positions us for expansion across the payer market. We're hiring a bold, creative, and outcomes-driven Engagement Manager to ensure this pilot doesn't just succeed, it sets the bar.

About the Role

This is a hybrid marketing + customer engagement role, focused on driving employee adoption of the Nivati platform. You'll manage user engagement and onboarding for pilot accounts and then scale those strategies across Nivati's broader client base. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, and collaborate directly with HR partners to help employees understand and use their mental health benefit, successfully and at scale.

What You'll Do

Phase 1: Insurance Payer Pilot

• Lead employee engagement and onboarding strategy for participating employer groups
• Conduct kickoff calls and provide rollout materials to HR teams
• Design and execute employee-facing campaigns (email, posters, SMS, QR, etc.)
• Monitor and optimize enrollment and utilization metrics
• Begin gathering HR and user sentiment through surveys or lightweight feedback tools

Phase 2: Expand Engagement Across All Clients

• Turn pilot strategies into reusable campaigns, templates, and toolkits
• Deploy engagement efforts across existing client accounts
• Partner with CSM(s) to lift engagement burden from client-facing teams
• Establish simple feedback loops (e.g., NPS-lite) to gauge satisfaction and campaign effectiveness
• Track enrollment growth and engagement outcomes across all accounts

What Success Looks Like

• 60% average employee enrollment across pilot accounts within 90 days
• Meaningful improvement in enrollment across Nivati's overall customer base
• Positive feedback from HR and employees on launch and engagement experience
• Repeatable engagement playbooks used across industries and workforce types

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, user engagement, or internal communications
• Experience driving adoption in B2B2C, SaaS, or health-related environments
• Strong communicator who's confident with both HR leaders and employees
• Comfortable building and running basic surveys or sentiment tools
• Analytical and creative, with a "test and learn" mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in wellness, benefits, or mental health platforms
• Familiarity with deskless workforce engagement
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Canva, QR builders, and survey platforms
