Job Title: Production MIG Welder
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production MIG Welder to support production by performing MIG welding on cabinets for end-use customers. The role involves working from blueprints to prepare materials for welding and engaging in fast-paced welding on the same product throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on production cabinets.
• Read and interpret blueprints to prepare materials for welding.
• Engage in fast-paced welding activities to meet production deadlines.
• Ensure high-quality welding standards are maintained throughout production.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in production welding.
• Some form of welding certification or accredited coursework in welding.

• Experience with TIG welding is a plus.
• Experience in stainless steel and aluminum welding is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

The position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on production MIG welding. The role requires working on a 2nd shift from Tuesday to Friday, 3:30pm to 2:00am, with initial training on the 1st shift, Monday to Thursday, 5am to 3:30pm. Individuals should be comfortable working quickly and efficiently to meet customer deadlines.

This is a Contract position based out of Dublin, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
