Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, training, go?live support, and post?implementation optimization.
Collaborate with cross?functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver tailored business solutions that align with operational and financial goals.
Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for NetSuite modules, ensuring alignment with ERP best practices (O2C, P2P, R2R, financial reporting).
Design and deliver system integrations, customizations, and workflow automation to support scalable, efficient business operations.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client end?users and internal team members on NetSuite capabilities, processes, and system functionality.
Stay current on new features, product updates, and best practices within the NetSuite ecosystem and proactively recommend system enhancements.
Contribute to internal practice development initiatives, including solution accelerators, reusable assets, and pre?sales support when needed.
Maintain strong, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Bachelors degree in business, finance, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands?on NetSuite experience, including leading and supporting implementations, reporting, dashboards, SuiteAnalytics, etc.
Experience with systems integrations such as ARM, SuiteBilling, RFSmart, Concur, DocuSign, etc.
Strong functional understanding of financial processes and operations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, in?office or at client sites up to 50?%

For Illinois residents, the compensation range for this position : $110,100-$135,200. For Washington residents, the compensation range for this position : $110,100-$135,200. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position : $110,100-$135,200. For Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position : $110,100-$135,200. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position : $115,100-$141,300. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long?term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
