Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

  • Our hospitalists only treat Medicare Advantage patients under a managed care model.
  • 7 on/7 off schedule, 7 am to 7 pm
  • Closed ICU, no ER coverage, no procedures required.
  • 4-5 average admissions
  • Our hospitalists work as a team and are provided with an excellent support structure

Compensation & Benefits Highlights:

  • Attractive base salary, sign on bonus, and quarterly bonus plan

Required Qualifications:

  • MD or DO
  • IM or FM residency trained, Board Certified
  • Experience as a nocturnist ideal but not required
  • Active and unrestricted license in NV, or ability to obtain prior to employment. 
  • DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $260,000 – $387,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
