Fusion Dance Centre is growing! We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Part-time Office and Account Coordinator.
As the Office and Account Coordinator at Fusion Dance Centre, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of families, responding speedily to all customer issues. As one of our most visible representatives, you are the Director of First Impressions!
Your 6-star customer service will help us to foster happy and loyal customer relationships for years to come.
This is an in-person position. Must be available to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-8 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 am-1:30 pm from September-June, with varying summer training hours based on availability in July and August.
Estimated Hours Per Week: 25 hours
Our organization is looking for an organized, outgoing Office and Account Coordinator. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greeting clients, registering students, answering phones, taking messages, and email correspondence. You may also assist with invoicing, and accounts receivable. Since you will be the first person clients see as they walk through our door, we are looking for an individual who can maintain a professional appearance at all times.
