Job Description

Description:
We are hiring experienced Owner-Operators with a box truck who are ready to run Over-the-Road (OTR) across 48 states under MML Alliance's authority and insurance . This position is ideal for professional drivers who own their truck and are looking for strong support, flexible dispatch, and competitive weekly earnings.

License Requirement: NON-CDL

Truck Type: Box Truck (Owner-Operator)
Experience : Minimum 2 years

Compensation and Pay Structure:

89% of the weekly gross goes to the owner-operator
11% retained by the company
Weekly gross potential: $5,000 – $7,000 , depending on mileage and availability
Weekly direct deposit every Friday
Fuel cards with discounts provided (fuel cost deducted from weekly gross)
No forced dispatch – 24/7 dispatch support available
Safety bonuses : $200–$1,000 based on inspection levels
Referral bonuses available
$1,000 bonus after 8 weeks of active driving

Required Weekly Deductions:

$350 : General liability and cargo insurance
$50 : Occupational insurance and legal protection
$80 : ELD and PrePass
$250 ESCROW/DEPOSIT for the first 6 weeks only (refundable after 45 days if all equipment is returned and a 2-week notice given)

Support Provided:

We handle factoring and paperwork at no extra cost
ELD setup and compliance support
Safety and fleet support are available 24/7
Pet-friendly policy

Orientation Details:
Mandatory orientation with our safety department (Mon–Thu, 9 a.m. start). Drivers can pick up their first load immediately after completing orientation.

Employment Type: 1099 – Independent Contractor

Home Time: Minimum 2 weeks on the road, up to 3 days home

Experience Level: NON-CDL-holding drivers with OTR experience preferred
