The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of key accounts, including Google Ads & Microsoft Ad campaigns, campaign creation, optimization, billing, and client communication. Where you'll be working: Knoxville. Relocation assistance may be offered. What you will be doing: Build effective paid search and YouTube advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing) with Search Ads 360 (SA 360). This role will also manage and optimize Performance Max and Demand Gen campaign types. Effectively create tactical paid search plans, recommend campaign budgets and provide performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Manage paid search bid management across multiple brands using best‑in‑class match type strategies, campaign settings, demographic targeting, remarketing, custom audience lists, and custom‑built automation. Research keywords, analyze relevance and conduct competitive analysis. Recommend landing page strategies and consult on landing page planning and optimizations. Possess a well‑developed analytical ability and a proven track record of extracting tangible insights from large data sets. A/B test campaign variables to increase efficiency, expand search impression share, and drive higher ROI for clients. Administer bid management tools to accurately pace daily paid search budgets. Implement and test strategies designed to increase conversion rates and lower cost‑per‑lead across multiple clients in multiple verticals. Work with the Tombras Search team in the United States to ensure alignment with overall client goals, budgets, timelines, performance KPIs, and campaign performance reporting structure. Champion department processes, stay current on search marketing industry trends and best practices. What you bring: 3+ years of experience within an advertising agency. Google AdWords certifications – with 1‑2 years’ experience with Google AdWords and Bing Ads. Experience managing multi‑million dollar campaigns for enterprise clients. Proven track record of successful client relationship development. Experience with tactics including Search, Performance Max, Discovery, YouTube, Display, Local, Shopping, and App across Google, Bing and Apple. Working knowledge around tracking solutions like pixels, Google Enhanced Conversions, call conversions, and offline conversions import.
