Job Summary:  

The Park Maintenance Crew will perform various manual and skilled labor tasks to maintain terrain park features and infrastructure. Includes metal shop fabrication related to terrain park features. Will provide support to other mountain operation and trail maintenance departments with general labor tasks. Operates small equipment such as forklifts. 

Job Specifications:  

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.23/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available 
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: Yes 

 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Design, layout and construction of terrain park features 
  • Keeping work areas and tools in safe condition 
  • Communication with terrain park leadership and other departments 
  • Completing welding and metal fabrication projects 
  • Adhering to safety protocols and best practices associated with park feature construction 
  • Performing maintenance and repairs on existing park features 
  • Assists with inventory/ordering of tools and supplies 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • One year mountain operations experience 
  • English fluency 
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Must be able to lift at least 100 pounds 
  • Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions 
  • Ability to use hand and power tools 

Preferred Skills:  

  • General construction experience 
  • Experience operating forklifts and other small equipment 
  • Welding experience 
  • Terrain Park operations experience 
  • Design / plan / lay-out skills 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.23/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
