Our boutique title company is looking for a detail-driven and dependable Legal Assistant to join our team. This part-time, hybrid role offers flexibility while supporting a small office focused on real estate and title services. Perks: • Flexible part-time hours with a hybrid work option • Opportunity to gain deeper experience in the legal and real estate field • Work with a small, experienced team that values precision and professionalism • Potential for role growth as the company expands Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Assist with preparing and reviewing title opinions, title commitments , and closing documents • Coordinate scheduling for closings , ensure document accuracy, and follow up on post-closing tasks • Handle billing , invoicing, and file tracking in coordination with attorneys and clients • Maintain communication with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and clients • Support light marketing efforts , including follow-up emails, materials prep, and social media assistance Qualifications: Ideal Candidate: • Prior experience in a title company, law office, or real estate closing environment preferred • Knowledge of real estate law, title work, or closing procedures is a must • Comfortable working independently and remotely when needed • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills • Familiar with software like Qualia, SoftPro, or similar platforms (required) About Company: Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Co. is a locally owned, boutique brokerage known for its client-first approach, deep market knowledge, and commitment to excellence.
