We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Virtual Patient Safety Attendant, you will play a vital role in protecting patients at risk for falls, injury, or self-harm. From your remote station, you will closely monitor their physical and emotional well-being and communicate concerns in real time – empowering the care team to respond quickly and helping care for and improve lives one moment at a time. Your responsibilities will include: Watching patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-beingIdentifying risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alerting the care team to intervene quickly and protect patientsDocumenting patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout your shiftHonoring patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all timesCollaborating closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamworkWhat qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateNonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateHigh School Graduate / GEDShape the future of healthcare at Catholic Medical Center.
