Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is growing and we’re expanding our team of Dentists! We’re looking for a dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join our passionate St. Louis care team. This is a key hire to move our mission forward of helping pediatric and special needs patients get the care they deserve.

About the position:

• Full-time (preferred), part-time, and PRN positions are available
• Days only – No nights, No weekends, No holidays, and No on-call!
• Ability to give back to an underserved patient population
• Fully equipped and accredited modern ASC
• Partner with a highly qualified surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient
• Treat approximately 7 pediatric patients in a typical OR day
• Perform various restorative care primarily focusing on posterior stainless-steel crowns (SSCs), anterior esthetic (veneered) SSCs, pulpotomies, and exodontia of primary teeth

Requirements:

• Broad clinical experience working with pediatric patients
• BLS certification
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start date (fully paid for by Blue Cloud)
• Knowledge of and familiarity with American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry policies and best practices, including guidelines on sedation and general anesthesia co-written by our Chief Dental Officer, Dr. Stephen Wilson

Preferred

• National Board certification or eligibility strongly preferred
• Comfort practicing in a wide range of anesthesia staffing models ranging from classic Anesthesia Care Team model to independent practice

Note - Recently retired Pediatric Dentists from clinical practice or those who've served in the armed forces are welcomed!
